Role Overview: Executive Assistant to C-Suite
The Executive Assistant will support KAYALI’s C-suite executives in Dubai, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping leadership drive growth and innovation. This role calls for strong organizational skills, discretion, and a solid understanding of luxury brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate complex global schedules, including meetings, investor calls, and international travel. Prepare executives with necessary materials and local context for engagements.
- Communication & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Manage communications, prioritize urgent matters, and draft responses on behalf of leadership while representing KAYALI’s values.
- Strategic Support: Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for board meetings and market analysis. Support KPI tracking, budgeting, and expense reporting for executive review.
- Project & Event Coordination: Organize cross-departmental initiatives, including leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
