Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively seek out, assess, solicit, sell, and confirm business opportunities to achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall profit objectives.
Engage in telephone and face-to-face sales interactions with accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups with relevant actions to support these engagements.
Negotiate effectively with clients to maximize revenue and profit potential while meeting their needs.
Utilize various sales tools provided by the company and adhere to all Palazzo Versace standards.
Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge when communicating with customers.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape.
Participate in sales meetings and industry organizations to represent the hotel and the brand effectively.
Follow up on confirmed events, detailing group bookings while ensuring organized and documented processes.
Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), Group Resumes, and Rooming Lists.
Coordinate special events, promotions, and publicity activities as assigned.
Plan activities in advance, ensuring all event details are communicated promptly and accurately.
