We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Maths Tutor to provide tailored support for an 8-year-old student during regular lessons from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily maths lessons in fluent English, tailored to the child’s learning style and developmental stage.
- Design and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap to progress from foundational arithmetic to advanced elementary mathematics.
- Create engaging and playful lessons that spark intrinsic interest in mathematics.
- Maintain a balance of warmth and flexibility with structured boundaries to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Regularly monitor academic progress and communicate it effectively, reflecting both qualitative development and measurable achievements.
- Assign meaningful homework that reinforces learning without pressure or reliance on external rewards.
Requirements:
- Availability for daily sessions at the specified time.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching math to children around the age of 8.
- Proficient in designing an engaging and motivating learning journey through foundational and intermediate math.
- A strong presence that is kind and flexible, yet capable of establishing and maintaining structure.
- Alignment with learner-centered, intrinsic motivation-based teaching methods.
- Competence in providing feedback, tracking progress, and collaborating with the educational team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
