Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage engaging social media content across all platforms, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain the content calendar to ensure consistency and relevance, aligned with business objectives.
- Drive engagement initiatives and manage community interactions across platforms.
- Create compelling, platform-specific content based on business updates and marketing campaigns.
- Website Management
- Regularly update website content, ensuring it reflects current offerings and adheres to SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the website.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison among marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors to ensure cohesive messaging and timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage workflows between stakeholders to optimize efficiency in marketing activities.
Campaigns, Events & Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, property launches, and open house events.
- Coordinate logistics and branding efforts to ensure successful event delivery.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation and conversion goals.
Data, Insights & Optimization
- Analyze marketing performance data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize insights to guide content direction and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales & Commercial Support
- Create and update marketing materials that support sales objectives.
- Contribute to lead generation through strategic content and digital campaigns.
- Ensure that all sales materials are on-brand, current, and effective.
