Your Role
As the Director of Asset Management & AI Transformation, you will spearhead the definition and execution of AI-led asset management solutions.
Your focus will be to harness deep operational insights, including:
- RCM frameworks
- Proactive and condition-based maintenance strategies
- Workforce planning and labor allocation models
- Spare parts management, inventory, and asset lifecycle considerations
and translate these into structured AI use cases and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Heads of Maintenance, Engineering Managers, and Operations teams to assess:
- Maintenance strategies and their maturity
- Proactive versus reactive maintenance ratios
- Labor utilization and workforce efficiency
- Spare parts management and inventory oversight
- Identify and define AI use cases focused on:
- Minimizing reactive maintenance
- Enhancing preventive maintenance schedules
- Boosting labor efficiency and workforce planning
- Forecasting spare parts and reducing costs
- Optimizing asset lifecycles
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving these objectives.
