Social Media Management: Use scheduling and planning tools to manage content calendars and daily posts. Coordinate closely with the scheduling team. Platform Expertise: Stay up to date on content formats and requirements for Instagram, TikTok, and other social networks. Influencer Relations: Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and community advocates to strengthen engagement and brand loyalty. Trend Monitoring: Track community sentiment, trends, and feedback. Share insights to improve products and marketing, and address customer concerns quickly.
