The focus is on expanding Hex Trust’s institutional client base and building lasting relationships across the crypto sector. The compensation structure includes a performance-driven, uncapped bonus paid quarterly, tied directly to revenue. What you will do Manage the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and qualification to structuring, closing, and ongoing client engagement. Proactively identify and secure new clients, business opportunities, and markets to increase custody volume, assets under custody, and revenue. Leverage Hex Safe’s technical features, including sub-second cold signing, API-first architecture, DeFi connectivity, native staking, multi-account support, and customizable approval processes, to drive commercial success. Collaborate with product, client operations, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Share market intelligence and client feedback with product, marketing, and leadership teams to inform strategy. Requirements Established network in the crypto institutional sector. Background in a fast-growing crypto company, with a track record of generating custody and WaaS revenue. Demonstrated ability to convert relationships into recurring revenue and increased assets under custody. Comfort working in an origination-focused, high-autonomy sales role with direct revenue responsibility. Location This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
