Role Overview
The Community & Social Media Executive helps grow Huda Beauty’s social media presence and supports its online community. This role covers social publishing, community interaction, trend analysis, reporting, and campaign support. The aim is to engage the audience and build loyalty through authentic connections and relevant content.
Note: This is an evening shift position, working Wednesday to Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, to provide support for global social media activity across time zones.
What You Will Do
- Community Engagement: Represent Huda Beauty across social platforms and forums. Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content to build genuine relationships with the audience.
- Social Media Management: Use scheduling and planning tools to manage content calendars and daily posts. Coordinate closely with the scheduling team.
- Platform Expertise: Stay up to date on content formats and requirements for Instagram, TikTok, and other social networks.
- Influencer Relations: Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and community advocates to strengthen engagement and brand loyalty.
- Trend Monitoring: Track community sentiment, trends, and feedback. Share insights to improve products and marketing, and address customer concerns quickly.
- Campaign Support: Help run community-focused campaigns, giveaways, and exclusive brand activations to encourage participation and engagement.
