Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to inbound calls from prospective families.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and follow up with existing parents, gathering valuable feedback.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with precision and empathy.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding our school, its admission processes, and upcoming events.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and direct cases to the appropriate departments based on history.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call handling.
- Exhibit a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to call scripts, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
