JOB PURPOSE:
As a Business Loans Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in achieving and surpassing both monthly and annual sales targets. You will focus on acquiring new customers while also nurturing existing relationships within the bank. Conduct thorough analyses of customer cases and provide comprehensive information following field visits. Familiarize yourself with all bank policies, products, and processes to deliver an outstanding client onboarding experience. Proactively engage in learning and development programs to enhance your sales capabilities and ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory policies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Financial:
- Meet the established sales and revenue objectives for all products as outlined in the business plan.
- Achieve monthly and annual KPI targets.
- Focus on acquiring new customers while leveraging the existing client base.
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue per customer.
- Maintain daily sales reports for review by team leaders and managers.
Customer Service:
- Consistently prioritize customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of products, policies, and processes to enhance customer interactions.
- Ensure transparent communication to prevent mis-selling and adhere to customer needs.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.
Learning & Growth:
- Engage in assigned training and development initiatives to enhance skills.
- Stay aware of competitive offerings and provide feedback to management for product enhancement.
Internal Processes:
Ensure compliance with all operational processes and policies.
