The Assistant Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding a diverse portfolio of Business Banking Liabilities. This position is fundamental in achieving and surpassing set sales and service objectives while adhering to acceptable risk parameters as outlined in our policy guidelines. Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new liability and transactional business accounts to ensure significant portfolio expansion.
Collaborate across different departments to enhance cross-selling prospects.
Consistently meet and exceed financial targets.
Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and compliance standards.
Follow established processes and controls in alignment with Bank policies.
Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Liability clients, emphasizing low-cost transactional funds.
Stimulate business growth through the acquisition of new business customers.
