Redo offers a comprehensive e-commerce platform that encompasses multiple product clouds, including marketing, conversion, operations, and reverse logistics. Our primary focus is serving Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands on Shopify and Shopify Plus, with a growing presence on BigCommerce, CommentSold, and Salesforce Commerce.
We are seeking a talented individual who can engage with platform business development or product teams, gain insights into their ecosystems, and advocate for Redo’s product suite as the go-to solution for all sellers. This position is not about merely maintaining relationships; it’s about pioneering new collaborations and creating opportunities that have not existed before.

Your Responsibilities
Platform Partnerships & Distribution
As the core aspect of this role, you will drive the integration, promotion, and distribution of Redo’s products across the platforms where sellers are currently active.
• Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with Shopify, including app store positioning, co-marketing efforts, and early access to new platform features.
• Lead Redo’s strategy for platform diversification, forging relationships with CommentSold, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce teams to unlock new distribution channels.
• Develop a comprehensive playbook for ensuring Redo’s recommendations and integrations within each platform’s ecosystem.
• Drive impactful distribution agreements that significantly enhance merchant acquisition on a large scale, focusing on one platform at a time.
Strategic & Capability Partnerships
In addition to platform partnerships, you will oversee collaborations that expand Redo’s product offerings through integration rather than acquisition.
• Manage and grow Redo’s most valuable strategic partnerships.
• Identify and secure new partnerships that address product gaps or expedite time-to-market for new offerings.
