Kyivstar seeks a Sales and Service Development Specialist (Supervisor) for its Dnipro location. This supervisor role centers on developing the retail network, guiding store teams, and improving customer service standards across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, assign daily and weekly tasks, and ensure sales standards are met.
- Conduct monthly reviews with team members to discuss progress and areas for improvement.
- Lead short training sessions to help staff develop their skills.
- Recruit new employees and manage onboarding for new hires.
- Handle scheduling, leave requests, access permissions, and other organizational needs.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring point-of-sale materials are available and workplaces meet setup requirements.
- Plan, analyze, and track KPIs, prepare reports, and develop strategies to improve results.
- Address customer complaints to help maintain loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Background in telecommunications preferred.
- Confident with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Own a car and have at least 1 year of driving experience.
