English Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English at levels B1-B2+ is required, as candidates will engage in calls with colleagues from other offices and must comprehend basic technical discussions in English.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparing laptops and equipment for new employees
- Onboarding technical setup for new staff
- Offboarding technical procedures for departing employees
- Issuing and tracking peripheral devices
- Processing internal IT support requests
- Participating in IT equipment inventory processes
- Supporting basic office IT infrastructure
- Collaborating with colleagues through calls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with equipment inventory
- Experience in preparing hardware for deployment
- Prior experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles
- Basic networking knowledge
- Involvement in internal process improvements
- Understanding of IT Asset Management principles
- Skills in process documentation or design
