YOUR MISSION
AI-driven initiatives are the most significant force multiplier available to True Anomaly at this pivotal stage in our growth. This role is essential in transforming our AI investment into a core operational capability, not merely a side project. As a Staff AI Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the infrastructure, tools, and integrations that empower every team within the organization to leverage AI effectively.
This role is not research-oriented; rather, it focuses on creating tangible solutions. You will deliver capabilities that engineers, program managers, operators, and business teams depend on daily to enhance productivity and improve outcomes. The scope of your responsibilities is intentionally broad; one week you may set up on-premises GPU infrastructure, the next you could be developing connections between AI models and internal systems, followed by designing custom applications for specific business processes. You will make platform-level technical decisions regarding AI providers, tools, and architectures. Additionally, you will spearhead AI training and enablement for the organization by conducting office hours, hosting informational sessions, and creating resources to ensure maximum value from these technologies.
This position will report directly to the Chief Security Officer and will collaborate across all functions of the organization. You will enjoy significant autonomy, direct access to executive leadership, and the opportunity to shape the operational framework of a rapidly expanding defense technology firm using AI.
