You will excel in balancing swift iteration and high product quality while embracing innovation and navigating ambiguity.Key Responsibilities:Own the complete short- and long-term technical vision for your team.Design, implement, and enhance critical systems within the ServiceTitan stack; focus on improving security, availability, reliability, and performance; actively engage in major architectural and strategic decisions related to scaling.Develop tools to enhance the efficiency of our engineers; work towards improving performance, processes, and quality across the engineering team.Identify and exploit opportunities for system development that benefit multiple teams.Mentor and guide engineers throughout the organization.Allocate your time approximately 60% to development and 40% to other responsibilities.Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team; participate in candidate interviews and contribute to lead generation and screening activities.Contribute to the strategic roadmap and resource planning.Establish success metrics and continuously monitor them.Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, engineers, Product Managers, customers, and partners.
