This position requires a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical systems, and a knack for integrating innovative technology into various manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain cutting-edge multi-robotic welding systems, showcasing your expertise in robotic kinematics and dynamics.Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with precision utilizing advanced robotic vision systems and sensors.Manage inventory of parts and finished assemblies with accuracy.Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment and cells, both on-site and at customer locations.Record and analyze data to support engineering-driven solutions.Evaluate cell performance and ensure optimal part fit-up.Operate specialized machinery integrated within customer manufacturing operations.Seamlessly integrate autonomous welding cells into customer production processes, demonstrating proficiency in robotic system integration and communication protocols.Service and maintain pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devices.Develop expertise in Forge processes, including operation through command prompts and code adjustments.Engage with customers to enhance equipment efficiency.Collaborate with engineering teams to promptly address and resolve issues.Inspect, clean, and replace electrical and mechanical components as needed.Exhibit flexibility to adapt to evolving demands and rapid advancements in the field.
