Our Networking Solutions Business Unit specializes in the development and manufacturing of industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, encompassing routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our solutions empower critical applications in the Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy sectors.
This role is perfect for a technically adept professional who thrives on merging engineering knowledge with customer interaction in a rapidly expanding global IoT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor, assisting the sales team with customer interactions, solution design, and deal qualification.
- Engage in client-facing activities for about 50% of your time, including meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites, partner venues, and industry-related events.
- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders on device and solution-related technical subjects.
- Design and propose comprehensive IoT and networking solutions tailored to customer specifications.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments.
- Assist in the integration of Teltonika Networks products within customer environments by providing hands-on support.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and R&D teams to ensure solutions meet market demands.
- Identify customer challenges and proactively suggest optimized technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, proposals, and solution architectures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during pre-sales and pilot phases.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Teltonika Networks R&D for complex technical requirements.
- Work directly with Linux-based systems, industrial protocols, networking technologies, and third-party integrations.
