In this essential role, you will support the Director of Global Account Management and Business Operations, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients, you will manage inquiries, resolve challenges, and enhance the customer experience.
This position is primarily remote, but occasional in-office meetings may be held in the Dallas area. We strongly prefer candidates located in Dallas for effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional issue resolution.
- Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding experience for new clients, offering training and resources to facilitate a seamless transition to operational readiness.
- Service Reporting: Analyze monthly and quarterly service performance reports to highlight Stream's operational excellence.
- Customer Communications: Oversee the customer newsletter, from content creation to distribution, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback, maintaining records for compliance and future reference.
- Overall Support: Undertake ad-hoc projects in line with the Director's strategic goals.
- Management Software: Manage Wrike or similar tools for the GAM team, ensuring task tracking and timely project completion.
- Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to continually enhance customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively refine operational processes to adapt to changing conditions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to align on operational matters.
