Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is highly desirable. At least 6 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects (Aviation, Rail, Transportation, Bridges/Roads/Highways, Tunnels, Utilities) in a scheduling role supporting major programs. Aviation construction experience is preferred. Proven experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination to ensure project success. Hands-on experience with network planning structures and techniques, proficient in Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later, and Microsoft Project. Capable of supporting broader business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a comprehensive planning, cost, and risk framework to optimize resource utilization, ensuring project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Adhere to established planning and scheduling methodologies while developing project schedules.
- Create and maintain Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines.
- Evaluate subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodologies.
- Assist in developing the Work Breakdown Structure to facilitate project performance measurement.
- Analyze schedule data to identify trends, challenges, and areas needing attention, and communicate findings to the Project Director and team.
- Engage and collaborate with both internal and external clients regarding project schedules.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the planning team.
- Oversee schedule reporting, including updates and contingency management for specific work packages.
- Ensure timely updates, analysis, and reporting of project schedules.
- Verify compliance with contractor schedules in relation to integrated schedules and milestones.
- Assess resource needs and their impact on schedules, advising on recovery strategies as necessary.
- Potential handling of SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
