Role Overview
The AdTech Solutions Manager plays a key role in the Partnership team, acting as a platform specialist for DV360, CM360, and SA360. The main focus is to resolve platform-related questions submitted by clients through the ticketing system.
This role involves onboarding and supporting clients who use the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service, while meeting ticket SLAs and following industry best practices, are central to the position.
Main Responsibilities
- Improve campaign performance on programmatic platforms by refining strategies for clients.
- Respond to core platform questions (CM/DV/SA), such as user access, creative approvals, and spend issues.
- Handle account setup tasks, including advertiser creation, linking, and floodlight/audience setup for onboarding and implementation.
- Conduct scorecards and basic audits for GMP products.
- Provide insights that help guide client strategies.
- Work with Business Development to shape strategies for potential clients.
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive advertiser solutions covering all areas of digital marketing.
