You will be responsible for implementing and managing identity and access management solutions to ensure the safety of our digital assets. Ideal candidates will have a foundational knowledge of IAM principles and an eagerness to learn and grow within the field.

Preferred Qualifications• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem definition and Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.• A minimum of 4 years’ expertise in Identity & Access Management and proficiency with Active Directory.• In-depth understanding of application access structures and request models.• Familiarity with principles, best practices, architectures, tools, and processes in IAM, including privileged user management, shared account management, segregation of duty analysis, administrative/service/functional account management, and password vaulting.• Proven track record in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, Systems Analysis, System Design, and Production Support is highly desirable.• Strong foundation in Information Security and IT controls, ensuring compliance with IT standard operating procedures.• Proficient in enrolling and managing privileged accounts across a variety of platforms (Windows, AD, UNIX, Sybase, DB2, Oracle, SQL, Mainframe, Teradata, HP-UX, etc.) and other organizational applications.• Responsible for administering centralized password vaults using DELL TPAM, including modules like Privileged Password Manager (PPM) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).• At least 2 years of experience in Development/Configuration/Solutions Evaluation/Validation and Deployment.• Strong analytical and communication skills.• Project and talent management experience.• Familiarity with project management methodologies.• Willingness to travel frequently as part of a management consulting environment.This role requires significant travel and entails extended periods of sitting and working on a computer. Effective communication through telephone, email, and in-person is essential.
