We empower other product teams to integrate AI capabilities effectively without the need to start from scratch.Key responsibilities include:Implementing LLM routing and access through a centralized proxy layer (LiteLLM) that directs requests to various model providers (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini), ensuring budget adherence and rate limiting.Establishing observability and evaluation mechanisms via tools (BrainTrust) to monitor, log, and assess LLM calls in production, facilitating both automated evaluations and human oversight.Setting platform standards and guidelines that define AI implementation at Pleo, offering patterns, contracts, and shared components for product teams to build upon.Providing internal consulting services as product teams adopt AI capabilities, acting as a technical partner to assist in the design and implementation of AI features on our platform.
