Collaborating closely with our Finance team and external partners, you will maintain robust financial controls and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & ComplianceOversee and assist monthly payroll processing for US, UK, and Philippine employees in partnership with external payroll providers.Ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits.Conduct payroll reconciliations to ensure payroll data aligns accurately with the general ledger.Accounts Receivable & InvoicingGenerate and dispatch customer invoices using QuickBooks.Record incoming customer payments and reconcile them with outstanding invoices.Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.Maintain precise customer records and address billing or payment inquiries.Conduct periodic AR reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Accounts Payable & ExpensesReview, code, and process supplier and freelancer invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies.Maintain vendor master data and respond to supplier inquiries promptly.Prepare and execute vendor payments through ACH, wire transfers, and other methods.
