About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will pioneer our new business development strategy. Your responsibilities will include generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives while laying the groundwork for a scalable outbound process. This position reports to the Manager of Industry Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Actively engage with enterprise-level organizations (2000+ employees) across EMEA through various channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and more. This involves both cold outreach to potential clients as well as converting new leads or free users.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential opportunities to expand our customer base and ensure a steady influx of high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and oversee a pipeline of warm and cold leads, closely coordinating with Account Executives to advance opportunities and convert interest into revenue.
- Account Research: Identify target accounts and personas across EMEA, analyze usage data, and customize strategic outreach efforts and compelling messaging accordingly.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Kahoot!’s product suite, value proposition, and its position within the broader learning and communication landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader Sales team on pipeline generation initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- Event Participation: Represent Kahoot! at pertinent industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand your professional network.
