Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a flair for leadership? Chow Co is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join our vibrant team in Copenhagen. In this key role, you will work alongside the Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards.
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the front of house team.
Manage the drink preparation process and related ordering tasks.
Maintain quality control by reviewing drinks and dishes prior to guest service.
Coordinate orders for equipment and ingredients based on inventory assessments.
Address and resolve any operational issues, liaising with suppliers for necessary repairs.
Take charge of recruiting, training, and managing the front of house staff.
Develop staff schedules and approve working hours.
Oversee team performance and workload distribution.
Adhere to nutrition and sanitation regulations while ensuring safety standards.
Promote a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Please note that work hours are primarily during evenings and weekends.
