Qualifications
Responsibilities:Manage contract renewals for your customer portfolio, focusing on achieving strong Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and ensuring consistent execution of contracts. Identify and evaluate cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance overall Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Guide new Plus plan customers through the onboarding process and early adoption to guarantee activation and measurable Business Adoption. Maintain regular, structured communication utilizing predefined cadences, digital touchpoints, and automation to scale customer success. Foster robust relationships through clear communication and proactive issue resolution. Keep accurate records, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce, ensuring portfolio visibility and operational consistency. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams to share customer insights and enhance engagement initiatives. Develop product and commercial knowledge to prepare for future opportunities with larger, more complex account portfolios. Qualifications:Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and proficiency in English. Experience in customer-facing roles such as renewals, inside sales, or customer success, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based environment. Strong skills in relationship-building and communication, with an ability to balance commercial objectives and customer satisfaction. Comfortable managing a high volume of customer accounts with a structured and organized approach.
