Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field is required. A current Ohio Teaching License or a commitment to achieve certification by the start date is mandatory. At least one year of lead teaching experience or a degree in education is required. Possess problem-solving skills, a positive outlook, and a desire to grow within a collaborative professional learning community. Instructional Responsiveness & Content Knowledge
- Develop and internalize high-quality, engaging lesson plans utilizing provided curriculum resources to address the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Collaborate effectively with content and grade-level teams to cultivate an atmosphere of critical thinking and academic excellence.
Care of Students & Classroom Culture
- Create a classroom culture that empowers students, respects their identities, and fosters a sense of belonging for everyone.
