Job Summary We are in search of an accomplished and driven Electrical Specialist Supervisor to oversee a team responsible for assembling intricate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in modular units. This leadership role is hands-on and requires extensive electrical acumen, mechanical skills, and a solid background in a production environment, emphasizing safety, quality, and punctual delivery. Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily electrical/MEP assembly operations. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with quality and scheduling standards. Collaborate with management to enhance facility setup and workflow efficiencies. Engage in hands-on installation of systems such as busways, cable trays, lighting, and water manifolds. Interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to relevant codes and specifications. Create and sustain work instructions for assembly stations. Educate and mentor team members on safety, tools, and installation techniques. Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with standards. Uphold SOPs and quality control measures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials. Facilitate clear communication of workflow with supervisors, project managers, and other teams. Champion and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
