Job Summary
We are in search of an accomplished and driven Electrical Specialist Supervisor to oversee a team responsible for assembling intricate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in modular units. This leadership role is hands-on and requires extensive electrical acumen, mechanical skills, and a solid background in a production environment, emphasizing safety, quality, and punctual delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily electrical/MEP assembly operations.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with quality and scheduling standards.
- Collaborate with management to enhance facility setup and workflow efficiencies.
- Engage in hands-on installation of systems such as busways, cable trays, lighting, and water manifolds.
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to relevant codes and specifications.
- Create and sustain work instructions for assembly stations.
- Educate and mentor team members on safety, tools, and installation techniques.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Uphold SOPs and quality control measures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials.
- Facilitate clear communication of workflow with supervisors, project managers, and other teams.
- Champion and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
