Perform routine maintenance following manufacturer guidelines. Handle complaints professionally and resolve them quickly. Keep accurate records and help maintain office, common areas, and model units. Join in daily cleaning of exterior property, including grounds and shared spaces. Maintain the swimming pool and keep up-to-date chemical logs. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance services. Take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
