We are looking for a Fleet Allocation Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO. We want someone who is eager to grow with us, brings enthusiasm and dedication to their work, and is ready to help us redefine the future of construction. This role entails regular follow-up with local branches and manufacturers to ensure attachments are correctly received and serialized, collaborating with Regional Fleet Managers and local branches to maintain optimal inventory with essential assets, as well as evaluating new opportunities and fostering relationships with both existing and new manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate equipment from open orders to branch locations to facilitate organic growth and support new branch openings.
- Coordinate logistics with suppliers to ensure accurate shipment and order fulfillment.
- Respond promptly to local and regional requests for new fleet equipment.
