We cultivate an environment where our employees feel supported and encourage professional development through diverse learning opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Provide witness management assistance before, during, and after trial.- Directly engage with fact witnesses, offering support to ensure their attendance at court, pre-trial conferences, and grand jury sessions.- Handle inquiries from fact witnesses regarding court appearances, conferences, and reimbursement processes.- Compile essential information for documentation related to witness travel and reimbursements.- Proactively communicate with fact witnesses regarding travel arrangements, appearance schedules, and any specific needs they may have.- Exercise discretion to determine when to notify the Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) about special circumstances.- Collaborate with the AUSA regarding witness appearances and any special considerations (e.g., international witnesses, military personnel, hostile witnesses).
