If you are ready to make history, apply today!ResponsibilitiesAs a key player in our mission to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market, you will:Serve as a legal advisor on labor and employment law issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding EEO, wage and hour laws, workplace safety, and more.Provide practical, business-oriented advice and support to management and Human Resources on various employment matters, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, internal investigations, and employee relations.Draft, review, and update company policies, handbooks, and procedures to comply with legal standards and best practices.Develop and implement training sessions for managers and employees on labor laws, organizational policies, and compliance best practices.Actively monitor and assess changes in labor and employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to evaluate their impact on our practices.
