Join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant! We are seeking a skilled professional to engage in payroll implementation and support projects, ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and a strong functional understanding of the ECP module.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the management and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
· Design technical solutions based on client requirements.
· Configure business rules within the system.
· Coordinate activities with project team members and project managers.
· Maintain client relationships, including resolving issues as they arise.
· Identify potential risks and suggest preventive actions.
· Provide training to end-users as needed during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll.
Proven experience in payroll implementation (mandatory).
Preferred educational background in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (not mandatory but highly regarded).
Strong technical profile with logical process understanding and structured thinking.
Ability to work independently and a results-oriented mindset.
Intermediate English skills are desirable (not mandatory).
About the Position:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
