This role requires a technical expert with robust experience in Machine Learning and cloud environments, capable of developing impactful production models that drive business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Design, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.Analyze and work with large datasets, both structured and unstructured.Implement solutions using AWS, particularly SageMaker.Optimize data pipelines and training processes.Version control code and models using Bitbucket.Document results and present insights to both technical and business stakeholders.Qualifications:Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.Hands-on experience with AWS, especially SageMaker.Familiarity with version control systems (Bitbucket).Experience working directly with end clients.Intermediate level of English proficiency.Position Details:Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Mexico City time).Fully remote. The role focuses on building and maintaining machine learning infrastructure and deploying advanced models. Main responsibilities Design and implement machine learning infrastructure, covering pipelines, model serving, monitoring, and governance. Lead the deployment of models for forecasting, optimization, and NLP applications. Develop CI/CD workflows using Azure Pipelines, MLflow, and Databricks. Set up model registry, versioning, lineage, and ensure audit compliance. Build monitoring systems to detect model drift and automate retraining processes. Mentor MLOps engineers and support integration across different platforms. Promote MLOps best practices, with a focus on containerization and observability. Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, or managing large-scale machine learning systems. Strong knowledge of Spark, Azure Databricks, MLflow, Kubernetes, and Docker. Experience deploying machine learning solutions at the enterprise level, with emphasis on audit and monitoring. Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure. Preferred qualifications Experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, and process automation, with the ability to advise on AI adoption and workflow improvements. Leadership experience in ML platforms or DevOps teams. Work with feature stores and feature engineering; familiarity with AutoML and H2O is a plus.
