We are seeking a Director of Sales with a proven track record in B2B technology services sales (software factory, consulting, and cloud) to drive our commercial strategy and accelerate the company's profitable growth.
This role will be responsible for building and leading a scalable and predictable sales engine, from pipeline generation to opportunity closure, ensuring project profitability and alignment with operations, technology, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the annual commercial strategy, including market segmentation, verticals, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
Lead and nurture the sales team (AEs, BDRs, KAMs, and partners).
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
Oversee strategic negotiations with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
Ensure profitability of deals by defending margins and pricing models.
Implement sales methodologies and best commercial practices (BANT, MEDDICC, etc.).
Coordinate with Marketing for demand generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
