In this pivotal position, you will deliver top-notch service via email, phone, and Zoom, expertly addressing client inquiries related to payment transactions. You will work closely with diverse internal teams, including Account Management, Product, and Engineering, to ensure a smooth client experience and foster ongoing improvements in our operations.Key Responsibilities Client Support: Resolve client inquiries regarding Virtual Credit Card, ACH, and Check payments processed through Ottimate. Provide assistance with payment processing questions and facilitate connections between clients and their vendors. Vendor Enrollment: Support the vendor enrollment process and respond to vendor inquiries to boost the adoption of Ottimate's payment solutions. Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of payment workflows and propose internal tool upgrades to increase team productivity. Assess and prioritize customer support requests based on urgency and professional insight. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a feedback conduit for potential product improvements based on client feedback. Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, collaborating with Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and identify avenues to create additional value for specific accounts. Qualifications Proactive and self-driven with exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. A quick learner adept at balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with SaaS products and a genuine passion for nurturing client relationships. Experience with customer service platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Jira. Knowledge of fintech platforms and payment processing workflows (credit card, ACH, check). Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 1-2 years in payment processing, client services, or SaaS environments.
