Role Overview The Senior Business Transformation Manager leads a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency across Nexamp. This position combines expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence, with hands-on project leadership. The manager is responsible for delivering projects that standardize and optimize core business processes, clarify roles and decision rights, and define handoffs between teams. Sustainable change management and adoption practices are key parts of this work. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives that enhance processes, operating models, and workflows. Apply continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence) to drive measurable improvements. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify challenges and co-create solutions. Define and document standardized processes, roles, and decision-making structures. Promote sustainable change management and support adoption of new ways of working. Evaluate the impact of implemented changes and adjust as needed.
