Your Role:
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, addressing complex strategic questions through data analysis. You will guide our clients toward the most effective data-driven strategies and contribute to our ongoing growth.
Your expertise in a diverse range of tools and statistical methods will be essential in enhancing our CRM experiences and testing strategies, while evaluating the impact of our marketing initiatives. You will actively explore and employ new techniques, technologies, and methods to innovate solutions that align with client needs. Resourcefulness, curiosity, passion, and a fearless attitude are essential traits for our team members.
You are prepared to dive into challenges, identify issues, forge relationships, conceptualize new solutions, and take decisive action to exceed expectations while championing individuality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities and insights throughout the customer journey, including paths to High-Value Actions (HVAs) and understanding drop-off rates in the conversion funnel.
- Develop data-driven hypotheses regarding lead journey performance.
- Create single and multivariate test designs, provide ongoing reporting, and summarize final results.
