maxana is looking for a reliable and customer-oriented IT Support Analyst to deliver onsite technical assistance within a professional office setting in Chicago. This role is hands-on and user-facing, emphasizing daily desktop and IT support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with remote and escalation teams.
This position is ideal for a seasoned L2-L3 level IT support expert who enjoys working onsite, communicating effectively with end users, and adhering to established IT protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
The IT Support Analyst will offer consistent, high-quality onsite support to internal users. Duties include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues; providing assistance with laptops, desktops, peripherals, and docking stations; and helping with account access and endpoint-related requests.
The role involves working with Microsoft 365, addressing user account issues, and resolving common workstation and application challenges. The analyst will record incidents and requests in a ticketing system, follow prescribed escalation procedures, and maintain open communication with users and remote support teams.
Maintaining a professional onsite presence is essential, responding to walk-up and scheduled support requests, and ensuring a positive support experience for end users.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role in Chicago during regular business hours.
