Assist with HVAC design as needed. Help with Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings for plumbing and fire protection systems from schematic design through construction administration, under oversight. Provide Revit/BIM modeling support for HVAC systems as required. Work with the design team to develop specifications. Draft reports for review by a senior engineer. Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance. Visit job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress. This may involve physical walkthroughs. Take on other duties as assigned. What You Will Need Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering required by hire date. Preference for degrees from ABET-accredited programs. Understanding of advanced heat transfer, solar energy, and fluid dynamics as they apply to plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC system design. Related internship experience preferred. EIT or LEED accreditation preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects.
