Key Responsibilities· Assist in the operation and maintenance of both critical and non-critical data center infrastructure, equipment, and systems.· Collaborate with a dedicated team of Critical Facilities Technicians to achieve total availability (100% uptime) while minimizing operational risks.· Monitor power, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions within data halls to ensure optimal performance.· Leverage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to effectively manage all planned and unplanned data center work.· Perform preventive maintenance on data center electrical and mechanical equipment under supervision.· Participate in the development, revision, and execution of approximately 200 operational procedures and preventive maintenance inspections, ensuring accuracy and quality control.· Support the formulation of Data Center standards and policies as required.· Quickly assist in resolving electrical and mechanical issues within the Data Center while minimizing risks and effectively communicating with the appropriate chain of command.· Help troubleshoot and document technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure problem resolution.· Contribute to planning for corrective actions on operational issues.· Assist with the physical and logical installations of T5 services.· Maintain precise facility data, including rounds, PM work orders, and change management documentation.
