Attention to detail and a collaborative spirit are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and organize daily activities for the crew, assigning tasks as necessary.Monitor crew activities, ensuring adherence to safety policies and company procedures.Interpret and execute plans, site layouts, and tower schematics effectively.Create rigging plans as required.Install and maintain mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU’s, TMA, and other related equipment on towers and rooftops to enhance cellular networks.Oversee the installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines.Manage the installation and maintenance of microwave equipment.Conduct testing of new and existing equipment, including sweep, PIM, and fiber testing.Install ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms.Set up underground and in-building conduits for electrical and backhaul circuits.Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions such as snow, rain, and fluctuating temperatures.Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.Physical DemandsTo excel in this position, employees must meet specific physical requirements, which include frequent standing, using hands for handling and feeling, reaching, climbing, talking, and hearing. Occasionally, tasks may require walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception is essential.QualificationsHigh School Diploma required.First Aid & CPR certification preferred; training will be provided if necessary.Extensive experience in cell site construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance.Detail-oriented with strong leadership skills to guide technicians effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
