Position Overview: We seek a skilled Back Office Software Developer to join a dedicated team responsible for the design, development, and ongoing operation of back-office systems that support trading, risk management, and accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with software engineers, risk managers, accountants, and traders to ensure effective real-time and batch data processing. Create daily reports for the firm and traders based on overnight data. Design and implement database schemas to optimize data processing. Monitor daily operations to guarantee timely distribution of critical information. Facilitate the flow of real-time trade data to deliver accurate intraday position and trade data to both risk management and trading teams. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of professional experience in developing data processing software. Proven programming expertise in C++, preferably within a Linux environment. Strong experience with SQL and database schema design. Familiarity with Python on Linux is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with trading in futures, options, equities, treasuries, and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
