Your Impact
The Associate Project Manager collaborates with the DISCO Project Management team to deliver outstanding client services. This role is pivotal in assisting clients with leveraging the DISCO product for their eDiscovery and investigation requirements. Responsibilities include executing billable tasks as guided by Project Managers, addressing direct customer queries, and providing product feature support within the DISCO platform. A strong commitment to customer service, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with diverse individuals are essential.
What You'll Do
- Service Delivery: Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, including Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, and Client Success, to ensure exceptional service delivery and tackle client challenges effectively.
- Project Management: Oversee project and data tracking to guarantee accuracy in task completion and adherence to deadlines, maintaining clear communication with other Project Managers and clients about project milestones.
- Product Expertise: Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the DISCO platform to guide clients on best practices for early data assessment, document review, production, depositions, and trial preparations, while providing valuable feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships and maintain open lines of communication with clients regarding their use of DISCO, project updates, and product functionalities, acting as a DISCO ambassador during client interactions.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals on the DISCO platform.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in eDiscovery at a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider.
- At least 1 year of practical experience with industry-standard eDiscovery platforms such as DISCO, Relativity, Recommind, or Concordance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Dedicated to providing excellent service and support.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Even Better If You Have…
- Experience in consulting or providing consultative solutions in eDiscovery.
- Prior experience in litigation support or a related field.
