About the Role
As Braven expands its centralized course model to engage more BravenFellows across an increasing array of higher education partners, the Associate Director of Program Success will be pivotal in ensuring a top-tier course experience. This role involves overseeing a team of part-time Graders while enhancing Braven's dynamic grading strategies and systems to maintain alignment with academic policies and specific campus standards. Additionally, this position serves as the main liaison for our volunteer career coaches, referred to as Leadership Coaches (LCs) during the term, addressing inquiries, escalating issues, and ensuring they feel connected and supported. This collaborative role combines execution, coaching, and quality assurance to deliver an outstanding experience for both Fellows and their supporters.
This role is part of the Innovation Team's Central Delivery Team and reports directly to the Director of Accelerator Success.
What You’ll Do
Stakeholder Management (40%)
- Oversee and mentor a team of part-time Graders for the Braven Leadership and Career Accelerator course, including onboarding, quality assurance, and feedback cycles.
- Collaborate with Program Facilitators and the Manager of Academic Success to implement volunteer support and accountability frameworks, including coaching for underperforming LCs.
- Co-develop and facilitate grader training sessions and communities of practice (regular peer learning groups) to ensure grading consistency and adherence to Higher Education Partnership standards.
- Provide escalation support and intervention for Graders struggling to meet expectations, coordinating closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure high-support LCs receive necessary resources to positively influence student outcomes.
Course Data Management & Analysis (40%)
- Ensure compliance with grading rubrics and turnaround times across all sites and sections.
