Qualifications
As a Restoration Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, including excavators (10,000–60,000 lbs.), skid steers with standard and forestry attachments, small to medium-sized tractors (40–125 hp) with different implements, ATVs, zero-turn lawn mowers, and herbicide application equipment. You will need to have a mid-level ability to troubleshoot and diagnose field equipment issues, as well as knowledge of maintenance schedules, fluid requirements, and basic diagnostic processes for auto, truck, and construction equipment. Additionally, familiarity with chainsaws, gas-powered brush cutters, and augers, as well as the ability to calibrate native seed drills and prepare herbicides, will be required.
