We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SharePoint environments, ensuring that they are secure, efficient, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with various teams to implement SharePoint solutions that enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Preferred Qualifications:• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint technologies.• Proficient in SharePoint 2013/2016 APP developments and Office 365 (SharePoint Online).• Extensive background in delivering SharePoint-based intranet and collaboration solutions.• In-depth expertise in SharePoint Infrastructure, Application, Search, and Integration architecture.• Demonstrated experience in SharePoint upgrades and migrations.• Strong ability to define enterprise collaboration strategies, articulate solution value and benefits, and manage user experience, social technologies, and change management.• Proven track record of successfully leading large, geographically distributed teams in solution delivery.• At least 1 year of experience in design and architecture review.• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the software development life cycle.• Strong team player able to thrive in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.• Experience in the Utilities domain is preferred.• Analytical skills are essential.• A keen interest in working within a global delivery environment.The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication skills, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, are necessary. Occasional travel may be required based on job responsibilities.
