About the Role:
- The Field Sales Capability Manager plays a pivotal role in elevating sales performance and developing sustainable sales capabilities by delivering practical coaching, training, and performance support to frontline teams. This position ensures the consistent execution of Rentokil PCI’s sales processes, enhances sales skills, and drives measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall productivity.
- The successful candidate will collaborate effectively within a multi-functional team, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
i). Field Visits with Sales Executives & On-the-Job Training
- Sales Visits: Conduct in-person observations of sales calls to evaluate the sales team’s performance, provide immediate feedback, and coach on the 6x6 sales process.
- Quote Improvement: Assist Sales Executives by encouraging next-door calls, upselling, and referrals to boost quote quality and conversion rates.
- Process Adherence: Ensure the consistent application of sales processes and tools, addressing any deviations with targeted coaching.
- Facilitate Role-Playing and Skill Practice: Organize and lead regular role-playing sessions that simulate real-world sales scenarios, enabling sales teams to practice, refine, and enhance essential sales skills and techniques.
ii) Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis
- KPI Tracking: Monitor visit activities, quotes, conversion rates, deal values, referrals, upselling, cross-selling, and adherence to processes.
- Data Analysis: Proactively identify trends, strengths, and coaching requirements.
- Reporting: Provide concise, data-driven insights and recommendations to the Sales Capability Manager.
iii) Branch Manager Collaboration & Support
- Establish robust working relationships with branch managers to comprehend branch-specific goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Deliver regular updates on sales team development progress in coordination with the Sales Capability Manager.
Other Responsibilities:
- Drive the consistent execution of Rentokil PCI's sales processes and methodologies.
- Enhance new sales productivity through capability building initiatives.
