The Sales Training Manager ensures Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are equipped to generate leads and engage executive-level buyers by providing targeted training, coaching, and campaign support. This role connects client goals with SDR execution, helping reps meet and exceed expectations. What you will do Lead onboarding and ongoing training for SDRs in a high-activity outbound sales setting. Translate client messaging, technical concepts, and buyer personas into actionable talk tracks and training resources. Develop and update battlecards, as well as objection-handling frameworks. Coach SDRs through call reviews, live feedback, and skill-building sessions. Identify performance gaps, whether campaign-specific or in core sales skills, and deliver focused coaching. Collaborate with Team Managers and client teams to align training with campaign objectives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust training to improve outcomes. Assist in the hiring process by interviewing SDR candidates. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or a related field (B2B/tech background preferred). Experience in high-volume outbound or phone-based sales. Ability to identify performance gaps and underlying causes. Track record of coaching and developing individuals with varying skill levels and learning styles. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with clients and cross-functional teams.
