Requirements:Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent trade school certification in electronics and electro-mechanical systems. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a test technician, with a strong background in troubleshooting electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Experience in QSR or ISO environments is a plus. Proficient in using various hand tools and test equipment, including Volt-Ohm Meters, Oscilloscopes, and Logic Analyzers. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and wiring diagrams, and to follow assembly instructions and schematics in English.

Job Overview:
As a Test Technician I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our automated Urine Analyzer systems. Your responsibilities will include performing optical adjustments, aligning microscopes, establishing electrical and fluid connections, conducting module and final assembly tests, and executing quality assurance tests. Execute optical system alignment and adjustments.
Conduct functional tests on complete modules.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues at the component or module level.
Adhere to bring-up procedures and perform functional system and electro-mechanical tests.
Calibrate Urine Analyzers to meet specifications and conduct functional tests for QA release.
Complete QA testing to finalize product release.
Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and Device History Records (DHR).
Assemble and disassemble electro-mechanical assemblies as required.
